The first step is to contact us with your order number and name, using the site forms or directly at contact@boardbuffs.com. The return address will be provided to you in the correspondence.

• Unopened games and other merchandise in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund equal to the original purchase price (and taxes). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

• Opened games will incur a 15% restocking fee, unless there's a manufacturing defect with the product.

• Upon receipt of a returned order, we issue your refund immediately, but may take 5-10 business days to finalize, depending on the payment processor and your bank.

• You can also request an exchange in the same manner. Once the original order is returned, we will ship you a replacement.

Absolutely! Send us a message (preferably within 1 business day), with your name and order number, and if we haven't shipped your order out yet, we can usually cancel it for a full refund or make any adjustments you may require.

While we can't offer a gift card or store credit in the traditional sense, we can honor a discount equal to your refund amount on any future orders (via a code). Ask us for details!
